Personality[]
Buzzie is friendly and outgoing, but can also be immature and naïve. The other Dead-Enders sometimes see him as the little brother of the group. Despite his tendency to be somewhat gullible, he dislikes being underestimated and can hold his own in a race.

Buzzie and Ponyboy are best friends, as both have a similar maturity level. Ponyboy often encourages Buzzie to be a rule-breaker, though he usually doesn't need much convincing.
